dev_boot_usb 是指允许开发者模式从 USB/SD 设备引导。
那这个 Legacy OSes 是指什么？引导 老式操作系统 ？ 多老的？

这个经常摆弄BIOS的话就应该很熟悉，Legacy OSes指的是不支持UEFI BIOS 的系统
